KK13 Fee NoteWhy KK13 fees may differ from other residential colleges

FacilityKolej Kediaman Ke-13 (KK13) is a rental accommodation facility operated by Universiti Malaya and owned by LAKIM.
Leasing arrangementAccommodation fees at KK13 differ from other residential colleges because the facility is leased from an external landlord.
Fee variationCharges vary according to the residential block and type of accommodation, taking into account rental and operational costs.
Student populationKK13 accommodates foundation, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Housing capacityKK13 continues to support Universiti Malaya’s overall student housing capacity.
