Requests submitted for arrivals outside the available dates or designated time slots cannot be accommodated.
The airport pickup service provides two drop-off points: UM Campus and KL Sentral, a major public transport hub in Kuala Lumpur.
Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the selected drop-off point to their accommodation.
Students arriving earlier or outside the airport pickup schedule must make their own transportation arrangements to reach their accommodation or Universiti Malaya campus.
