Required Actions

Before Arrival at the Point of Assembly Complete the online check-in form. A confirmation email will provide the QR code and a PDF copy of the check-in form. Printed documents are not required because all documents will be processed digitally.
Arrival at the Point of Assembly Present the QR code generated from the online check-in form at the PALAPES Ground counter for verification.
Transfer to the Residential College Board the designated bus according to the assigned residential college route.
Arrival at the Residential College Present the QR code again for verification. Students who have not completed the online form must proceed to the Residential College Special Counter.
Completion of Check-In Collect the student kit and room key before proceeding to the assigned room.

Important Information for Non-Resident Students

Non-resident students are not required to register at the PALAPES Parade Ground on 26 or 27 September 2026.

Orientation Kit collection is available on 28 September 2026 at Dewan Perdana 1, Perdanasiswa Complex .
