  1. Benefits under this scheme include consultation and examination, treatment, electrocardiogram investigation, x-ray facilities in the University of Malaya Medical Centre, referral and admission to wards in Government or IPTA hospitals (with the exception of Putrajaya Hospital), medical evaluation for physical activities and medical reports.
  2. Referral to specialist and special investigation for example MRI, brain-scan and ultrasound only can be referred to University of Malaya Medical Centre if necessary by the Medical Officer.
  3. Health Examination Reports (PD1)

    • All new students are required to do a medical check-up including a chest x-ray and submit a complete report to the Student Health Clinic. The Clinic's staff may refuse to accept the medical report if it is incomplete or if the Chest x-ray has not been done. Failure to do so will result in the student being not eligible for any facility under the scheme.
    • All students are also required to submit all laboratory reports that has been done during the medical check-up
    • The medical check-up for new entrants can also be done in the Student Health Clinic, University of Malaya.
